Xingzhong Machine and Starlink are two companies with the same legal representative and clearly defined responsibilities.
Xingzhong Machine is responsible for machine research, development, manufacturing, and technical support. Starlink serves Xingzhong Machine as its export service company, handling international sales communication and export-related coordination for Xingzhong machinery.
Therefore, overseas customers may communicate with Starlink during the purchasing and export process. The machines are manufactured and technically supported by Xingzhong Machine, while Starlink supports the international business and export process.
